My Background

I've been a car enthusiast from a very young age. At 5 years old I started building models of the cars I wanted to own when I could drive. At 16 I bought my first car (a Camaro) and still have it 30 years later. After thinking I built the car I always wanted, I had someone make me a sign board about 15 years ago. However I continued to make changes to my car and needed a new sign. Around that time I got into photography and started using Photoshop which I used to create my own new sign. People liked what I put together and asked if I would make one for them. At that point I decided to merge my hobbies of cars and photography into Hotrod Signs.

Photography at Car Shows

In 2008 I started taking pictures of people's cars at a weekly cruise in that were turned into photo awards and given to the owners of the cars the following week. After a few years of just selling photo awards, I was asked to create special photo awards to give out at other shows. These awards are now updated every new show year. I really enjoy talking to all the cruisers and seeing their cars at weekly cruise in's and car shows. Sorry we could not talk longer... someone's asking me to take another picture!
